Manny Lara, Board Member
Manny Lara is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in various HR functions. He has worked primarily in the health care industry for notable healthcare systems such as Mayo Clinic, Ascension Health and Advocate Aurora Healthcare. He is currently the HR Director at Ready Rebound, a national health system that provides healthcare navigation and support for First Responders around the country. Aside from his HR profession, Manny is a co-founder for a Milwaukee-based staffing tech platform called WorkShift. He has also served on several non-profit board of director roles throughout the community that support Veterans, women in crisis, mental health advocacy and local artists. Prior to his professional role, Manny served 7 years as a Navy Officer and has a Bachelors of Science and Masters Degree from Marquette University.
